More than a decade of experience in
electronics manufacturing
Since our founding in 2011, Proplace has pursued a clear goal: to be a reliable electronics manufacturing partner.
The company was founded on the vision of its owners at the time to build on the PCB manufacturing operations of Elgoline and Intectiv by adding electronic component assembly. With the establishment of Proplace, they brought PCB fabrication and assembly together, offering customers a more complete solution—from bare PCB to assembled electronic board.
Today, we employ nearly 100 people, bringing together expertise, modern technology and flexible manufacturing to support customers from development through to the finished product.
Our services include engineering support, component sourcing, SMT and THT assembly, testing, machine cleaning, protective coating, and final assembly and product testing. With traceability, well-maintained documentation and carefully planned test procedures, we ensure transparency and quality control throughout the manufacturing process. We tailor our solutions to the needs of each project, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized production runs.
We believe people are what make quality possible. That’s why, alongside investing in equipment and process improvements, we also invest in knowledge, employee development and collaboration between teams. Our team’s experience helps us identify challenges early, recommend improvements and work with our customers to find the right solutions.

Establishment of ProplaceProplace was established as part of the Intectiv, Elgoline and KL Laminates group of companies.
2014
Moving to new premisesMoving to new premises creates the conditions for continued growth and production development.
2016
New managementThe company is taken over by director Andrej Novak.
2025
Independent journeyProplace becomes an independent company and continues its development as an independent business.

New ownership structureThe owners of Proplace are Iztok Gornik and Andrej Novak.
How does working with us work?
Based on your requirements, we plan the production process and take care of sourcing materials and PCBs. This is followed by component assembly, as well as the agreed inspections and testing. Depending on the project, we also provide programming, cleaning, protective coating and installation of electronics into enclosures. We round out our end-to-end service with labelling, packaging and preparing products for shipment.
We manufacture electronic assemblies for a range of applications, including industrial equipment, medical technology and automotive systems. For each project, we tailor the production processes, inspection scope and supporting documentation to the product’s specific characteristics and end-use requirements.
How does working with us work?
After reviewing the requirements, we prepare the production process and source the materials. We then manufacture the PCBs, assemble the components and carry out the agreed inspections and tests. If required, we also handle programming, cleaning, coating and installation of the electronics in enclosures. We can label and pack the products and prepare them for dispatch.
We manufacture electronic assemblies for a range of technical applications, including industrial equipment, medical technology and automotive systems. Since every product has its own requirements, we tailor the production volume, testing and documentation to each project.

ProPlace is a young company, founded in 2012. It was established when the owners decided to expand the PCB manufacturing operations of Elgoline d.o.o. and Intec Tiv d.o.o. to deliver greater added value and a more complete offering to customers. From the outset, we set our sights on handling more complex orders, so we invested in modern equipment. We know that even the most advanced equipment is useless without capable people. That is why we place great emphasis on recruiting the right people and providing ongoing training.
We meet the ever-increasing requirements of current and prospective customers with innovative solutions and the best service in terms of price, quality and delivery times. Our commitment to excellence is the foundation of company management at every level and in every area, which is why we have achieved ISO 9001 quality certification.
