R&D
If the product is still in development, our development engineers can contribute to the project — from the technical solution through to building and validating the prototype.

Production Preparation
Review of documentation, including the bill of materials, manufacturability and testing options, in line with DfM and DfT principles.

Materials procurement
We coordinate the supply of PCBs, electronic components and other required materials, and proactively address availability and potential alternatives.

SMT
Automated SMT component placement and THT assembly, with the soldering process selected to suit the product design.

Testing and programming
We tailor Flying Probe, ICT, functional testing and programming to the product and agreed requirements.

Cleaning and protection
If required, we machine-wash assembled circuit boards and apply a protective coating.

Traceability and labelling
We mark printed circuit boards with a laser-engraved code that links them to internal production data. Additional marking can be tailored to each project’s requirements.

Box build and logistics
We install the electronics in the enclosure, carry out the agreed final assembly, labelling and packaging, and arrange shipping.

SMT assembly
Automated component placement on two SMT lines, with SPI solder paste inspection and inspection of assembled boards.
Optical inspection
We inspect assembled PCBs using automated optical inspection (AOI). X-ray inspection is also available for more complex solder joints.
THT assembly
We assemble THT components using the method best suited to the product—selective, wave, or hand soldering.
Testing and programming
We incorporate Flying Probe, ICT and functional testing, as well as programming, according to each product’s requirements and design.

Laser marking links the product to its production order and supports traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
Cleaning and protective coating
